With Rottler’s own
Term-Alert™ system, developed in St. Louis,
we can detect the presence of termites before
they even reach your home. By strategically
placing tamper-resistant interceptors around
your structure, the Term-Alert™ system allows us
to monitor for any signs of activity before
termites become a problem in your home.
In addition
to the Term-Alert™ termite protection system,
Rottler also utilizes the Rottler Termite
Protection System™ featuring the
Sentricon®
Termite Colony Elimination System with
great success.
The
Rottler Termite Protection
System also works like a
security system for your home against termites
and can detect an existing termite colony before
it reaches your home. When termites are present
on your property, a proven, effective termite
bait is placed in your monitoring stations which
attracts live termites to feed. The termites
consume the bait, return to their nests and send
others from the colony out to feed, thus leading
to the decline of the colony and ultimately
elimination. Once the colony is eliminated,
monitoring continues to ensure against future
infestation.
St. Louis Termite Control
Our termite
programs always begin with a thorough
interior and exterior inspection of your home
for signs of termites and areas conducive to
termites. Rottler’s team of
professional
termite technicians will then install
in-ground stations around the perimeter of your
home and monitor these stations on a regular
basis for any signs of termite activity.
Depending on which program fits your individual
situation best, bait may be added or removed
from the stations as appropriate to determine
termite feeding activity. Finally, you’ll be
presented with a report of any changes in
termite activity with each service visit.
